Bruce Jackson with Magnum Industrial has done several projects and installations in the expansion of Flexstar Packaging since 2007.

These projects were executed by Bruce and his team in a professional manner with special attention to safe mechanical practices for the movement and installation of sensitive printing equipment.
The scope of work included demolition of structural steel, concrete foundations, structural rebuilding, transporting and installing equipment.
In total, 3 flexographic printing presses, a 3 layer die with extruders and 60’tower, 2 laminators, 3 bag machines and 2 slitters, were installed and/or relocated in our plant.
All this equipment had to be removed from containers to a loading dock and then moved to their location in our facility through narrow doors, aisles and around other machinery, using cranes, forklifts and dollies, as some single lifts were in excess of 78,000 lbs.

Bruce and his team’s work ethic, communication skills and extreme care in handling our equipment, made our projects very successful.
I will use Magnum in the future as we are still growing.
